Manage and maintain the school network, email and online learning systems, web pages and update web content;
Have experience in IT user support services and AV equipment setup and operations;
Possess the application knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN and firewall, and be familiar with the operation of general network equipment;
Provide technical support and assist in other IT-related tasks;
Have good knowledge of Windows Server management and operation;
Experiences managing inventory information of IT-related software and equipment;
Sound knowledge of configuring Windows/Mac computers and iPads;
Assist teachers to use information technology in classroom teaching;
Have strong troubleshooting abilities and good interpersonal and communication skills;
Have strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently on projects as well as collaborate with the team;
Have relevant working experience in school is highly preferred;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Detailed minded, patient, well versed in using technology;
Need to enjoy working with children.
