Possesses a Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above;
Experience in IT user support services and AV equipment setup and operations is preferred ;
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
Detailed-minded, patient, well-versed in using technology;
Enjoys working with children and is willing to learn.
